1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking services with All The Right Moves, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies referenced here (including the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2) Services We Provide
We provide pick‑up, delivery, in-home placement, assembly, installation of select items (e.g., laundry with standard hookups), and haul‑away of eligible items. Service area is Eastern North Carolina. Quotes over 30 miles from our store or outside our service area require a custom quote.
3) Quotes, Pricing & Fees
-
Website estimates are for convenience and are not binding; final pricing may vary based on item specifics, access, parking, stairs/floors, and on‑site conditions.
-
Distance brackets (1–10, 11–20, 21–30 miles) and add‑ons (assembly, install, per‑floor from 3rd floor, haul‑away) are applied as listed on the site.
-
Over 30 miles: pricing is “CALL for quote.”
-
Haul‑away: priced per piece; no discount for multi‑piece haul‑away due to disposal fees.
-
Additional fees may apply for rescheduling, no‑access/lockouts, excessive carries, elevator delays, or additional labor not disclosed at booking.
4) Scheduling, Arrival Windows & Access
-
We provide an estimated arrival window and will communicate updates when possible.
-
You are responsible for ensuring safe access (parking, gate/door codes, elevator reservations) and a clear path at the service address.
-
If we cannot complete work due to access or safety issues, a trip charge may apply.
5) Customer Responsibilities
-
Verify item dimensions, stairwells, doorways, hallways, and elevator capacity.
-
Protect delicate flooring and remove obstacles/pets from work areas.
-
Inform us of fragile items, pre‑existing damage, or unusual installation conditions in advance.
-
Provide functional connections for installs (proper water supply/shutoffs, venting, grounded outlets). We do not modify plumbing, electrical, walls, or cabinetry.
6) Assembly & Installation Limitations
-
Assembly covers standard manufacturer‑provided parts and instructions; specialty modifications or missing hardware may require additional time/fees.
-
Laundry installs: standard water/electrical/vent hookups only; we do not run new lines, alter cabinetry, or install gas appliances.
-
Wall anchoring/mounting, light electrical, or carpentry are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
7) Property Protection & Damage
We take reasonable care to protect your property. Please report any concerns to the crew on site and to our office within 48 hours with photos. Our liability for damage, if any, is limited to repair or replacement cost of the affected area/item up to the amount paid for the service, and excludes pre‑existing conditions, ordinary wear, or consequential damages.
8) Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us. We reserve the right to apply a reasonable cancellation or reschedule fee for same‑day changes, dispatch in progress, or repeated rescheduling that impacts our routing.
9) Payment Terms
